We're officially in the home stretch—just 3 weeks until the big reveal!
It's incredible to look back at where this Portland Heights home started compared to where it is today.
This week's progress:
✔️ Designer tile is complete
✔️ Interior paint is finished
✔️ Original hardwood floor restoration is underway
One of the biggest decisions in this renovation was preserving the home's original character while adding the modern updates today's buyers want. Restoring these beautiful hardwood floors instead of replacing them is going to make a huge difference in the finished product.
Every renovation teaches something new, and every decision is made with one goal in mind: creating maximum value for future homeowners.
The next three weeks are going to bring the biggest transformation yet—custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, lighting, fixtures, and all the finishing touches that truly bring a home to life.
