Today, our team got hands-on Equipter trailer training and let’s just say… Jillian showed up and showed the men how it’s done! 👏
So, what exactly is an Equipter? It’s a specialized roofing trailer designed to make tear-offs and debris removal safer, faster, and more efficient. The dump bed lifts and extends, allowing our crews to position debris right where it needs to go without all the extra hauling, lifting, and carrying.
Less time moving debris = more time getting the job done right.
Big thanks to everyone who put in the time to train, learn, and sharpen their skills today. At Interstate Roofing, we’re always looking for better ways to work smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

A Little Interstate History
Today, we had the pleasure of sharing lunch with Dave and Theresa Pat! Dave spent 30 years with Interstate Roofing, and we’re grateful for the years of hard work, dedication, and memories he helped build along the way.
There’s something special about catching up with the people who have been part of Interstate’s story. From the crews in the field to the people behind the scenes, our company has always been built on good people.

🚧 Roofing can get a little messy… but the finished product? That’s the beautiful part. 😎
Here’s a bird’s eye view of one of our current local projects, featuring a combination of flat and pitched roofing. We’re still putting in the work, so this one isn’t finished just yet, but we’re loving the progress from up here!
A little mess today = a beautiful, watertight roof tomorrow.

7 AM. Coffee. Breakfast. SAFETY.
This morning, our Interstate Roofing crew kicked off the day with our Quarterly Safety Stand-Down Meeting because getting the job done right means getting it done SAFELY. 🦺
We continue to emphasize safety on and around every job site, encourage our crews to speak up, look out for one another, and remain committed to our promise to provide the training, tools, and resources our crews need to go home safe every day. ❤️
And because safety meetings are always better with breakfast…THANK YOU to ABC Supply for sponsoring breakfast this morning! 🥯☕️ We appreciate your partnership and the way you continue to support our crews.
From our suppliers to our guys and gals in the field, to the team working behind the scenes in the office—every single person has a role to play in safety. It truly takes all of us.

🌻 Happy National Sunflower Day! 🌻
Today, Interstate Roofing is celebrating one of our favorite local treasures—Lee Farms, a seventh-generation, family-owned farm right here in Tualatin!
The Sunflower Festival begins tomorrow, August 5, and runs through August 23. Spend the day wandering through acres of beautiful sunflowers, enjoying butterfly releases, capturing unforgettable photos, savoring delicious food and beverages, and taking in live concerts throughout the festival.
