Project Spotlight: Lexus of Vancouver | 2026

LRS Architects designed the 225,000 SF luxury dealership in Vancouver, Washington, bringing together a two-story showroom, vehicle service center, adjacent four-level parking structure, and dedicated detailing and car wash facilities.

Expansive windows and a cool, neutral palette of gray aluminum composite panels and painted stucco give the design a sense of sophistication and simple, modern elegance that defers to the beauty of the vehicles.

Every year the LRS Portland office hosts a competitive (but friendly) co****le competition. This year we even had a new custom trophy for the winning team to display until next year's competition.

Of course, the event was not complete without a variety of corn-themeed snacks - corn chips, corn dogs, corn nuts, popcorn, candy corn, and cornichons. 🌽

We spent the day cleaning and organizing the new yurt and bathroom to prepare for upcoming educational groups, while also laying pavers at both the waterfowl enclosure and bathroom to create safer, smoother entries.

From mountain running and biking to kayaking and the final sprint, our team had a blast tackling every leg of this multi-sport race.👏
