We are small, close-knit, family-oriented company. We have a full-time position open for an Entry Level Roofer. We specialize in repairing and maintaining existing roofing systems.

Once this person has successfully tackled learning the inspection process without the support of our front office staff, this person would support Mold Division Management by assisting with duties including sending proposals, answering customer questions, and giving in home instructional mold demonstrations for residents.

JOB DUTIES

Perform inspections by photographing major elements of a roof, attic or crawlspace according to a prewritten checklist - (notes are important and attention to detail is integral to our process)

Promote services to customers - You will be the first face of our company

Assist in managing personnel and production on mold jobs - Sometimes providing instructional mold demonstrations for residents . Once you can successfully understand what is necessary in your inspections for our writing department, we would love to train you to write as well!

Safely scale ladders, climb on roofs as well as in crawlspaces and attics - safety equipment provided as necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED

Become familiar with all aspects of mold division operations - the ability to read and comprehend written instructions IS A MUST!

Demonstrate good communication and organizational skills - we are a family... those of us that aren't related might as well be... we are looking for another member to join our family.

Multi-tasking - This is a small company and we all share a lot of "hats" our ideal candidate would enjoy a little diversity in their position.

Reading comprehension skills and ability to demonstrate attention to detail - WE CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH
