🌈 Meet our 2026 Rainbow Initiative recipient — Jess Fairclough! 🌈

We are incredibly excited to announce that this year, the Rainbow Initiative will be providing Jess and her family with a brand-new roof, completely free of charge!

Jess was nominated by her coworker and friend, Angela, who shared the incredible story of someone who has spent so much of her life caring for others. From raising her two daughters, to supporting women and families through her work as a doula and teaching yoga at the Southern Maine Women’s Reentry Center — Jess continually shows up for the people around her.

After years of trying to find a way to replace her failing roof, it’s our turn to show up for her.

Through the Rainbow Initiative, we save new, unused shingles from open bundles left over from projects throughout the year and use them to provide a new roof to a deserving member of our community.

Congratulations, Jess! We can’t wait to get started!

Happy 6-Year Horch-iversary, Sheldon!

Six years, countless challenges, and we’re pretty sure there isn’t a division at Horch Roofing that Sheldon hasn’t worked in, helped out with, or somehow made better along the way.

He’s truly the Swiss Army knife of Horch Roofing, adaptable, dependable, hardworking, and always ready to take on whatever comes next. Whether he’s leading a crew, tackling a tough project, jumping in where he’s needed, or encouraging the people around him, Sheldon leads by example and makes hard work feel a little more manageable.

And through it all, he brings an energy that is absolutely contagious. He pushes people to be their best, shows up as a true teammate, and isn’t afraid to have a little fun along the way!

Sheldon, thank you for six years of hard work, dedication, leadership, and for being willing to take on just about anything we throw your way. We’re incredibly grateful to have you as part of the Horch family.

Happy Birthday, Tim! 🎉

Today we're celebrating one of Horch Roofing's most recognizable faces (and voices)! Whether he's helping a homeowner, mentoring a teammate, or keeping everyone laughing with his quick wit, Tim has a way of making every day a little more enjoyable.

As one of our Senior Sales Estimators, Tim's experience, knowledge, and genuine care for people have helped countless homeowners feel confident throughout their roofing journey. He's always willing to lend a hand, share his expertise, and go the extra mile for both customers and coworkers.

Outside of work, you'll probably find him on the golf course, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or being the coolest grandpa on the block. One thing's for sure, life around Horch Roofing wouldn't be nearly as fun without him.
