This weekend, three OEG teams took on The Mother of All Relays with two running teams and one walking team representing us from mountain to coast. From the early miles to the final exchange, they embraced the challenge, supported one another, and showed what teamwork is all about.

Hood & Portland to Coast isn’t just about crossing the finish line. It’s about doing hard things together, encouraging your teammates when they’re tired, and pushing beyond what you thought was possible. We’re proud of every runner, walker, driver, cheerleader, and volunteer who made the weekend a success.

Congratulations to all three teams for representing OEG with grit, determination, and an incredible team spirit. Here’s to stepping up, challenging ourselves, and proving once again that we’re stronger together.

Congratulations to our Q2 Planning & Prefab Winner, Aligned PDX01 Phase 2! We were excited to celebrate this incredible achievement with a crew lunch last week.

Over the quarter, they were able to use 43% of their labor hours on prefabricated items such as strut supports, panel buildouts, custom cabinets, & conduit bends.
