Architectural Illustration Thank you so much for your interest in my work. I've been doing this for a long time, and enjoy it thoroughly, so love to share it with others whenever I can.

I work from your photographs or elevations/plans, etc. to produce artwork suitable for a range of purposes, from client gifts to advertising to site signage. If sending photos be sure that the pix clearly show what you want to be included...front door, entryway, etc. Remember, if I don't see it, I don't know it's there and can't include it. The more photos, the better, and the more information you

can provide, the more satisfying the result will be. I can work around trucks, PODS, etc. if you provide angles that show what is hidden behind them. For elevations, it is most helpful to have the exterior colors and finishes, for example, stucco, clapboard, etc. Roofing material and color, window trim, garage and door colors, any stonework or ironwork colors, as well as front elevation, sides and roof plan and site plan if available and landscape plan if known. I can create landscape based on architectural style of home also. Prices are as follow: 9x12 $225, 11x14 $250, 15x20 $375 plus shipping

I email jpeg of finished piece as well as mailing original to you via priority mail. The jpeg is high-resolution suitable for all printing and advertising purposes. For the largest size, most commonly used for street signage, I will send you a photographed jpeg of work for your approval before sending painting to either you or your sign maker. Upon your approval, I send hard copy via Priority Mail, which is usually 1-2 days. I look forward to hearing from you!

This was a great experience. A realtor friend was helping a sweet elderly woman sell her house. The seller was particularly attached and sad to leave this mural behind, so the realtor commissioned me to recreate it in a 20x15” painting. Painting was given at the recipient’s 90th birthday party. I loved participating to create a gift of love like this
