Congratulations to our 2026–27 Oh Architecture Academy Scholarship recipients! 🎓
We’re proud to support three Architecture Academy alumni as they take the next steps in their education and careers.

EMMETT BROWN
Our inaugural scholarship recipient in 2023, Emmett has received his third year of scholarship support as he continues to develop his skills at the University of Oregon. This summer, he returned to Oh to help with the Academy and share his university project work with our team.

EMMA EISENBECH
Emma has received her second year of scholarship support and will soon begin her second year at the University of Oregon. She also returned to the Academy this summer, sharing valuable insight with students about the college application process and what to expect as an architecture student.

RACHEL PEREZ
A 2025 Architecture Academy graduate and recent Roosevelt High School graduate, Rachel will begin studying architecture at the University of Oregon this fall. She’s passionate about designing buildings that work in harmony with the environment, reduce waste and support the people who use them.

Another successful Oh Architecture Academy is on the books!

Over the past five weeks, we welcomed six high school juniors from Portland and Beaverton into our office for a hands-on introduction to careers in architecture and interior design.

These bright students gained real-world experience in an office setting, learned design software and tools, developed projects of their own and earned a stipend for their hard work.

To wrap up the program, each student presented their final project to the Oh team. Once again, we were blown away by their creativity, ideas and hard work.

As our new Proposal Coordinator, Rara brings a background in marketing and sales for a public media station in San Diego, where she supported the mission of an NPR and PBS member station.

Throughout her career, Rara has been drawn to mission-driven organizations that make a positive impact. Her passion for architecture and sustainable design ultimately led her to Oh, where she's excited to help create spaces that contribute to a better future.

As our new Proposal Coordinator & Graphic Designer, Tanika brings creativity and collaboration to every project she touches.

Outside the office, she's always up for discovering a new food spot, enjoys reading, movies and staying active. She's also a fan of Korean food and matcha, and spends plenty of time with her two chihuahuas, Paris and Blankita.
