I’ve noticed we have a lot of new faces around here so I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself.
Hi, I’m Rashele 😊 My husband, Justin and I are the happy faces behind Our H³umble Homestead. We have 3 wonderful children who love to help us around the garden’s. I work part time as a Dental Hygienist, and Justin works full time along with running our turkey barn—he is the muscle behind this entire operation!
We started this venture 6 years ago, when we moved back to my childhood home from Ohio, where we share the property with my dad and call on him whenever we can’t figure this farm life out 😂
We first started by growing our own produce and using recipes passed down from my late mother who also loved to garden(being in the garden and kitchen make me feel closer to her❤️🩹). Our main goal was to preserve food for our family, which led to sharing it with friends, extended family, and coworkers, who then encouraged us to share with all of you!!
Our commitment to using natural ingredients is at the heart of everything we make. We are incredibly grateful for what God has given us, in life and on this land, and want to maximize it to its fullest 🙏🏻
I often think I was born in the wrong era because I strive for the “simple life” but maybe we are right where we are meant to be, bringing us back to our roots and passing that work ethic on to our children.
Anywho, I’ll stop rambling 🤪 Ultimately, we want to thank you all for being here and going on this venture with us. If you are here, you obviously share in the same values that we do and we are incredibly thankful for each and every one of you! ❤️
