The Riverhouse Project is moving right along.⚡🏡

Every great build has its moments of refinement — and this was no exception. Our electricians are dotting the i's and crossing the t's after inspection, making sure every wire and connection is exactly where it needs to be.

Meanwhile, our siding crew took the time to carefully fur out each batt from corner to corner, and the result speaks for itself — clean, straight, and exactly right.

It's the details you almost don't notice that make all the difference. And around here, we notice every one of them. 👀✨

Orchard Project — a key finish taking shape.

The T&G installation at the exterior soffit outside the main bedroom is complete. A subtle detail, but one that shapes how the space is experienced—adding warmth overhead while tying the exterior and interior language together.

Every so often, a project comes along where the potential is written all over the walls — you just have to know how to unlock it.

That was the starting point here. A main floor with real potential, a backyard full of mature trees, and plenty of light just waiting to be invited in. But the rooms felt disconnected, and the outdoors remained just that — outside.

The remodel set out to change that. The main floor opened into one continuous space — kitchen, dining, and living flowing together without interruption. Clean lines, warm wood, and a new deck off the kitchen that finally brought the backyard into the everyday.

The view had always been there. The home just needed to meet it.

Some projects stay with you — and this is one we still think about.

Even years later, this space still stands out. An airy, multifunctional hub that opens completely to the outdoors, thanks to a sliding LaCantina wall that disappears to create seamless indoor/outdoor living and capture incredible views of the patio and pool.
