π‘ ROOF OF THE WEEK β Spirit Lake, Idaho | Standing Seam Metal Roof
Some job sites test your crew's skill with a roof. This one tested their skill with a boat. π€
This lakefront new-construction home had no road access to the roofline β just a shoreline.
So our crew barged the metal panels across Spirit Lake and offloaded at the dock.
Then we installed a light gray standing-seam roof over ZIP System sheathing and Malarkey Secure Start HT underlayment.
Everything was finished with 42 ft of mono-ridge flashing and snow retention bars built for serious lake winters.
The result: a sleek metal roofline tucked into the pines, right on the water.
