Recently undertook a renovation project involving removal of a kitchen island to access deteriorated underground plumbing. Excavated 17 feet of concrete and partially removed a wall section to facilitate necessary repairs by the plumber. Restored the concrete and rebuilt the island structure. Currently awaiting installation of new flooring.

I received a call a few weeks ago to complete the finishing touches on a basement that another contractor had started nearly a decade ago. The project involved completing the custom bar area with trim, installing new countertops and a sink, finishing the cabinets under the television, adding new base trim throughout, resetting and installing door casing, and installing a set of bypass doors. The outcome turned out excellent, and the beautiful 10-year-old house is slated for the market in the near future.
