Well-Done Construction

🔨 Another project for some of my repeat customers!

We’re helping these homeowners solve a storage problem by making better use of their existing space.

We removed a bathtub from one of their three full bathrooms and transformed the area into a much more functional space for their needs.

The bathtub had never been installed correctly and was never used. The good news is that all the plumbing is still in place, so a bathtub could be reinstalled in the future if needed.

Sometimes, making the most of your home doesn't mean adding more space — it means making better use of the space you already have!

Recently undertook a renovation project involving removal of a kitchen island to access deteriorated underground plumbing. Excavated 17 feet of concrete and partially removed a wall section to facilitate necessary repairs by the plumber. Restored the concrete and rebuilt the island structure. Currently awaiting installation of new flooring.
