To our customers,
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for all the support we have received during this season of storms. We greatly appreciate all the calls and referrals we have received. It has come to our attention that some of our customers feel they have been neglected or forgotten. We want to assure you that is not the case! Due to the excessive rain recently, we've been unable to complete some of our jobs as we strive to avoid damaging anyone's yards or landscaping. However, some jobs may be drier than others, and we can complete some without having to take our trucks and equipment off the driveway or road. We try to get those jobs done when it's too wet to get to others. We also hope you understand that safety is also a huge consideration when we schedule our jobs. If there is a job that poses a safety risk, such as a tree on a power line or one blocking a roadway, we will attend to those jobs before the ones that are maintenance jobs, such as trimming or pruning. We try diligently to take care of our jobs in the order they were received. However, due to the unpredictability of Mother Nature and the dangers some situations pose, it doesn't always happen that way. We greatly appreciate your patience during this time. We are thankful for all of our wonderful customers and look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
