Fall Services for 2024 - 2025

- Handyman Maintenance Services
Drywall repairs, Light Electrical ( outlet /switch replacement, bulb replacement) Light plumbing, carpentry, and masonry.

Controlling w**ds in the fall can help prevent them from returning in the spring.


- Final mow
The final mow of the season should be slightly shorter than usual to prevent snow mold.


- Leaf cleanup
Removing leaves can improve the appearance of your property and prevent health issues for your lawn.

- Overseeding
Overseeding can strengthen and thicken your lawn.

Aeration creates holes for the seeds to germinate in and allows water, air, and nutrients to reach the grassroots.

- Gutter Cleaning And Repair
Clean out the gutters. In many areas, fall and winter are the soggiest seasons. Before the rain and snow starts falling, clear out the leaves and other debris from your gutters to allow for optimal gutter performance.

- Leaf Mulching
Using a mower too much up leaves and thinly disperse it over the area

Mulching leaves into your lawn allows them to break down and boost the soil quality and adds fertilizer. Maple leaves, for example, have even been shown to reduce w**d seed germination. Other leaves, like honey locust, are high in nitrogen, which helps grass and plants grow.

Con: You Have To Mulch More Than Once
You’ll need to mulch your leaves multiple times throughout the Fall season to prevent build-up. As with raking, thick leaf layers won’t decompose fast enough, which could kill your grass. Weather is also a factor.

Con: Mulching too many wet leaves will smother your yard and do more harm than good.
