It's been quite a while since I've gotten to write one of these.
Race report

5th Annual Forever Heros Race
RC Raceway of Albany

Due to weather it went from a one day event to a 2 running 2 rocket round qualifers on Saturday and Mains on Sunday. Double electrics.
Qualifying went a little rough Saturday with the track being kinda unpredictable plus this being the first time I've set a car on the track for a very long time the rust in my memory muscles was quite strong but managed through it to settle 2nd in nitro buggy and 3rd in Ebuggy if memory serves me right.
After quals I really have to thank Allen Krier and Kinsey for staying late to help me shake down some things with the new NB48 2.0.
Mains
Track was rough but much more drivable first E-Buggy main I was heavy in the fight with the top 2 but a few laps in some rusty mistakes ultimately dropped me behind and I finished 3rd
E-Buggy main 2 well after the first 3 turns I was second to last people were really dog piling up in the corners and I was trying to let things space out. Managed to work my way up through the pack to battle with second but on the last lap another rusty move left me tagging a pipe and gave him the edge he needed to secure 2nd. He earned it because I was all over him.
Nitro main well I started second finished second did battle with the leader a little bit but I think he was just toying with me.
Want to say I had a great time and enjoyed see everyone.
