We got our framing and braces up for a fence we were working on and before we could even finish it looked like someone enjoyed a nice snack and then relieved themselves on our framing.🤢.

We’re actually quite happy the wildlife is adjusting quickly to the new fence! And we hope they and the home owners can enjoy it for years to come!

All pressure treated framing with galvanized hangers and exterior fasteners. All posts set 24”+ deep with concrete base anchors. All slats treated and stained hung slightly above ground to stop water wicking! Extra wide gates with heavy duty hardware and ss cable loops to allow latch access from both sides. 🤩💪🏽

Also removed a large pile of river rock dumped a long time ago and left by a previous maintenance company only To find a fire pit we were able to clean up!

After repainting 19 interior doors replacing a window w/ trim and fixing 2 10’x10’ concrete slabs we’ve wrapped this job up nicely! Painted the window trim to match the door color and replaced handles w/ matte black lever handles and matte black pulls for the bifolds!

Getting this paint thing in full swing! 🤩 switching interior door color from a beige to a polar bear white from the behr paint line! Look out for a finished product post in a week or two! 💪🏽
Process
-pull door
-fill all dents dings/surface scrapes
-light sand and scuff
-wipe down
-wipe down with degreaser
-let dry
-spray it with multiple coats of primer and paint flipping over after each coat has dried to evenly spray both sides.
-re-hang door+hardware
-touchups

Less to mow and more to grow! 🌷☀️

An amazing client wanted to expand their garden beds so that they have more area for planting and less grass to mow and manage!

We started the project by laying down an approximate edge to where the proposed garden bed would end and confirmed the layout with the client! Followed by scraping away all sod cutting away any unwanted roots. Next we did a good pass over the existing garden beds removing old leaves/ debris/weeds and 3 stumps. Lastly we brought in some fresh medium red bark and put in a thick layer over the exposed soil.

Nothing beats a great looking finished product and a happy client.
