We are Leading Edge Grading, a small but experienced grading and utility company based out of Powder Springs, Georgia. As we look ahead into 2026, we’re opening up availability and wanted to see how we can support upcoming projects.
With 12+ years of industry experience and strong referrals, we’re a true one-stop shop for grading and utility needs. We currently provide temporary specialized labor support for:

• Mass grading
• Fine grading
• Major utility work

Got a tight deadline? We can help.

What we bring to the table:

✔️ Flexible scaling — support for isolated tasks or working alongside your existing teams
✔️ Fully equipped crews with OSHA-compliant tools and safety equipment
✔️ Seamless integration — daily reports, logs, and JSA provided

✔️ Equipment access at reduced costs compared to standard rentals

We also offer flexible, market-based rates, help reduce the overhead of hiring full-time crews, and have the ability to travel out of state when needed.
