🚰 Another Successful Job Completed! 🚰

We were recently called to diagnose a home experiencing slow drainage in multiple fixtures. After a thorough inspection, we found that the old galvanized and cast iron pipes were severely compromised and filled with sludge—well past their usable life.

Our team got to work, carefully cutting out the failing drains and replacing them with durable SCH40 PVC. In just about 6 hours, we had the entire system back up and running the same day!

🚨💧Emergency Fire Line Repair 💧🚨

Our team responded to a report of water bubbling through concrete and quickly identified a leak in the fire suppression line. After isolating the flow, we excavated the area and replaced 18 feet of compromised 6” DIP pipe, securing it with solid sleeves. Another successful repair, ensuring safety and reliability for our valued customer.

💧🚰 Emergency Plumbing Alert! 🚰💧

We recently received a call from a customer experiencing sewage backup into their tub. Upon investigation, we discovered a wet spot in their yard, indicating a problem. After some digging, we found that a clay pipe had collapsed just outside the house's foundation.

Our expert team replaced approximately 10 feet of the damaged pipe and installed a two-way cleanout for easier future maintenance. We also used a camera to inspect the entire line, assuring the homeowner that the rest of the system is in good shape.

While a complete sewer line replacement isn’t necessary right now, we recommended that they prepare for it in the future to prevent any unexpected issues.

We were recently contacted by a customer wanting to update their kitchen sink fixture. These updates consisted of replacing their kitchen sink faucet and replacing their dual compartment basin with a single compartment basin.

A remodel can be full of unexpected surprises. A couple was demoing their kitchen/living room wall so they could open up the floor plan when they found a 3” PVC drain pipe inside the wall. This particular piping served their kids bathroom. Keep in mind, the home owners are still living in the home during the remodel and could not have their kids bathroom out of service for too long.

We were able to reroute the drain pipe and get the upstairs bathroom back in service the same day we received the call. Another happy customer! 😁

It’s time to get those pools up and running. We were recently dispatched to replace a couple of faulty sections of 1-1/4” and 2” copper pipe that feeds the Knoxville Racqueet Club’s pool. During startup we found that multiple PRVs were no longer modulating the incoming water pressure ( #1 cause of leaks). Safe to say everything is back up and running. Another happy customer! 😄

Does your home or business have a low pressure sewer grinder pump? If so, you know who to call when the alarm sounds 🚨

All of our techs have their EONE certification. As long as the motor isn’t burnt up, we can rebuild the pump on site. A rebuild is much cheaper than a total replacement. This could save you thousands of dollars.
