As a Team Member you would be working as part of a crew under the leadership of our Team Leaders to take care of our client’s landscape needs. This includes but it not limited to mowing, weeding, mulching, and planting of seasonal color. While experience is a plus, it is not necessary as we will train you. During your day-to-day work, you are responsible for following the directions of Team Leaders & Account Managers, efficiently maintaining client properties and bringing any issues or problems to the attention of your Team Leader. This is a position offering a four-day work week with available overtime while working outdoors in various weather conditions. A good work ethic and ability to work as a team player is a must.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Weekly Pay
$500 Signing Bonus after 30 days
Full compensation package including multiple types of bonuses
Health Insurance offered after 90 days
Four-day work week & overtime is available.
Starting pay of $12-$14 per hour, depending upon experience & qualifications.
Year-round employment

An experienced Team Leader is someone who has verifiable experience within the landscape industry, already has or is capable of obtaining their Tennessee Herbicide Applicator license, a strong work ethic & the desire to work as a team player. Applicants with prior experience or education in turf grass management also a plus.

As a Team Leader you would be in charge of a crew of 2-3 Team Members taking care of our clients’ landscape needs. This includes but is not limited to mowing, weeding, mulching, and planting of seasonal color. You will have to coordinate with your team to make sure everything is taken care of with efficiency and the utmost respect for our clients’ properties. You would be in charge of being the contact person for your team and upper management within the company, bringing any issues or concerns you have to the attention of Account Managers. This is a position offering a year-round four-day work week with available overtime while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
