Sometimes new isn't always the answer.

This full home New Albany renovation started with a kitchen that had good bones and a better future. Custom cabinetry with integrated appliances, a double island built for hosting as much as function, and a timeless modern design that won't ask to be updated in five years.

Not new, refreshed. It just needed the right vision.

Good things take time. We stand by that.

Project Cliffhanger went from an open excavated lot to a fully framed, roofed, and drywalled home in the time it took the seasons to change. The footage may be a season behind, but the build is right on time. Lots of updates since, we're excited to share more.

Some projects need a Part 2.

The primary suite is where the construction gets personal. Custom carved vanities built to read like heirlooms, not cabinetry. Hand-set mosaic tile throughout the bath. Grasscloth pulled tight across the vault and custom beams overhead, because the ceiling mattered too.

The craft here wasn't built to impress on first look. It was built to endure every look after that.

This basement didn't exist six months ago. Not like this.

Moody custom inlay cabinetry, coffered ceilings, a full draft bar, and a built-in golf simulator. None of it happened by accident. Every decision in this Plain City renovation was made with intention, and the ex*****on had to match.

Basements get overlooked. This one gets talked about.
