Water heater leak caused a lot of issues. We repaired the wall in the garage laundry and replaced all the floor in the main house. Hard to see in some areas because we put the rug back down and placed all the furniture. All new base trim and door casing.

Here we removed carpet and padding, then vinyl flooring in 2 bathrooms. We replaced it all with waterproof LVT flooring....

Here we removed carpet and padding, then vinyl flooring in 2 bathrooms. We replaced it all with waterproof LVT flooring. We removed all molded drywall and insulation and replaced with new. Removed and replaced the trim. Then we installed a new toilet and wax ring.

Here is a crawlspace door that we removed and rebuilt on cider lane in Powell. It seems that many of the houses built in this subdivision were using inferior products that have been rotting out. We removed it and rebuilt it using PVC materials and new hardware that will never have to be replaced again. This is the third one that we have done in this subdivision.
