Why do we ask for your insurance estimate during restoration repairs? 🤔

- Not to price compare.
- Not to squeeze every dollar out of you.
- Not to make the process harder.

We ask because sometimes important damage gets missed.

For one recent client, we found about $8,000 in damage that was not included in the adjuster's original scope. Our estimate still came in below the insurance payout, and because of that, the homeowner was able to make a few bathroom upgrades while we were already on site.

- New shower.🚿
- New vanity. 🚰
- New toilet. 🚽
- A larger doorway framed in to better accommodate ADA needs. 🚪

That is why clear communication matters. When everyone can see the full picture, better decisions get made.

What started as a home office needed to become something more.

The client reached out and said, "We want this space to work as a guest room too."

She already had the Murphy bed picked out. She just needed the right team to bring the whole vision together.

So that's what we did.

- We moved the door opening to make the layout work better.
- We installed the new door and finished everything out.
- We relocated the light switch for a cleaner setup.
- And we built the Murphy bed so the room could do both jobs beautifully.

One project. One team. A home office that still works for everyday life, and a guest room that's ready when family comes to stay.

Ever heard a painter say "hat banding"? 🎨

It's when the cut-in at the top of the wall stands out from the rest of the surface after painting.

In other words:
• The band near the ceiling looks different
• The sheen or texture doesn't match
• You notice that "stripe" effect once the wall dries

And just to clarify, the photo here is NOT hat banding.
It was simply taken before we rolled the walls.

Little paint details like this matter because the goal is a smooth, consistent finish from top to bottom. ✅

This new construction home is going to be bright, colorful, and full of character. 🎨✨

In a world of new homes with white walls, it's refreshing to work on a project with this much personality.

The homeowner had just purchased the house and wanted a custom playhouse built inside her daughter's room.

It started with a hand-drawn idea. We got right to work turning that sketch into a clear rendering and a real plan. 🛠️

We’ve left him alone at a house for a few days and now there’s a mysterious framed structure showing up in the middle of the room. At this point we’re taking guesses:

• Tiny house
• Secret office
• Indoor hunting blind
• Playhouse
• Fortified snack storage
