One of our favorite parts about being a local business is the relationships we get to build with other businesses in our community. We’ve actually had the opportunity to work on Pro-Seal’s new building, and now we’re trusting another local company to take care of one of our trucks.

Apparently Hannah’s French Bulldog, Copper, decided she was officially on the clock today. 😂🐾🔧 Hannah’s animals love the team clearly

She made the rounds, supervised the guys, inspected the trucks, and made sure Cory wasn’t getting into too much trouble. We’re not exactly sure what her job title is yet, but she takes her position at Cardinal Plumbing VERY seriously. 😂

Safe to say, she might be our cutest employee. ❤️🐶

Hannah rescued Copper about 5 months ago from a puppy mill situation and she has quickly turned into the guys favorite little sidekick! Her previous life can’t even compare to the life Hannah and the crew have given her now❤️❤️❤️

The only before I have is with Austin in it🤣

🛁 BEFORE ➡️ AFTER!

This customer wanted to replace their existing tub with a deeper soaking tub, but there was one little challenge: the new tub meant some of the existing tile had to come out.

We removed the original tub, installed the new soaking tub, and then had our tile guy come in and work his magic. 👏

The goal? Make it look like we were never there.

He matched everything back in so seamlessly that you’d never know the wall had been opened up! This is why having the right team and trusted trades makes all the difference. 🔧

Sometimes you don’t need an entire bathroom remodel to make a BIG upgrade. 🙌

We did a service call for a customer who offered our guys Gatorade in a can… and apparently that was all it took. 😂

Ever since then, canned Gatorade has become a technician favorite, and it’s now been added to Hannah’s list of “things we better keep stocked in the shop fridge.” 🤣

It’s the little things that keep the Cardinal crew happy! ❤️🔧
And yes… apparently it does taste better out of a can. 😂 (Hannah didn’t even know Gatorade came in a can, that’s the Gen Z in her👀)

Sometimes it’s these little things that make showing up to customers houses so fun because you’re never going to know what you’re gonna find!

You truly never know what you’re going to run into in plumbing. 😂🔧

Today’s plot twist: we were simply snaking a bathroom sink… when somehow our snake decided it had bigger plans.

Instead of staying in the drain line like a normal, well-behaved plumbing snake, it somehow made its way THROUGH THE ROOF AND INTO THE AC UNIT. 😭😂

Yes. You read that correctly.
Bathroom sink ➡️ drain snake ➡️ roof ➡️ AC unit.

Thankfully, we got everything figured out but this one is definitely going on the list of “things you couldn’t recreate if you tried”

POV: You own a plumbing company, so naturally you think that means you can do ALL the trades. 😂🚪

Today’s episode of Renovating the Cardinal Plumbing building ourselves:

Cory: “I can install the new front doors. We don’t need to hire anyone.”

Me: “Are you sure? I think we should just hire someone to do the doors.”

Cory: “I GOT IT.”

Fast forward to us trying to install the new front door… Cory measured wrong. 💀😂
And THEN, in the middle of the TikTok, this man has the audacity to say, “I wanted to hire someone to do the doors.”
SIR. EXCUSE ME?! 😂

Apparently we are now rewriting history along with renovating the building because he is ADAMANT he never said he could do it himself. 🤣

Moral of the story: We are plumbers. We should probably stick to plumbing. 😂

*Before you get all in cahoots, I wasn’t going to beat him with the channel locks🫣🤣
