Description –

The Construction Laborer will complete varied tasks, as required by the project. This is a full-time, year-round position. RW Excavating Solutions strives to provide opportunities to work on many aspects of our projects to help our team members develop a diversified skill set. RW attempts to develop equipment operation skills for laborers as part of this development. Construction Laborers will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:
Earth Moving
Rock Placement
Utility Installation
Clearing & Demolition
Erosion Control

Duties –

Operate a variety of equipment efficiently.
Perform daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, clean tracks, etc.
Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
Work outside in all weather conditions.
Provide input with planning and management of projects.
Provide management of others when required.
Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.

Requirements –

A desire to learn and grow.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
Possess a valid driver’s license and a means to get to and from the jobsite.

We are looking to add to our office staff!

• Description
Construction administrative assistant will work with our office team and site managers to assist with the successful completion of construction projects.

• Duties
-Review projects plans and specifications to create excel spreadsheets with materials needed for projects.
-Review quotes and communicate with selected suppliers to receive submittals, analyze materials, recommend material solutions, and confirm the orders of these materials for use on projects.
-Create and organize data into excel spreadsheets.
-Reconcile materials with projects as received on excel spreadsheets created.
-Gather and file material information by project.
-Work outside in all weather conditions.
-Provide input with planning and management of projects
-Configure GPS files, set up on site, stake field locations, complete measurements, and configure machine files as needed.
-Provide input on planning and bidding of projects
-Complete training for Storm Water Pollution Prevention Inspector and Installer (training provided)
-Complete training Certification of SWPPP Designer (training provided)
-Be willing to take on other tasks as they arise.
• Requirements
-Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
-Self-driven
-A desire to learn and grow with a growing company.
-Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

• Description –
o The CDL Tractor Trailer Driver will operate a variety of equipment and haul a variety of materials. We haul oversized boulders, Class B, D and E rip rap, and a variety of small rock and materials from quarries to job sites, or from one job site to another. We also haul grain in the off season. We are not for hire. This is a full-time, year-round position. CDL Tractor Trailer Drivers will work on a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to:
 Earth Moving
 Rock Placement
 Grain hauling to processors or elevators, or from field
 Clearing & Demolition
• Duties –
o Operate a variety of trucks efficiently.
o Perform daily maintenance – grease, check fluids, etc.
o Maintain a safe and healthy working atmosphere.
o Work outside in all weather conditions.
o Be willing to assist with other tasks as they arise.

o Class A CDL and good driving record
