💚 Winter w**ds don’t take a holiday — and they’re already planning their spring takeover! 🌱❄️ Treat now to stop Poa Annua, Chickw**d, Henbit, and White Clover before they sprout. The best time to fight them is BEFORE they appear!

💚 Winter pre-emergent forms a barrier in the soil that stops w**d seeds from sprouting. Many problem w**ds like Poa Annua, Chickw**d, Henbit, and White Clover germinate in cooler months, so treating now prevents them from taking over in spring. Without it, w**ds will be established and much harder to control later.

💚 By treating before they germinate, you break their life cycle, keeping your lawn w**d-free when spring arrives. If you skip winter pre-emergent, those w**ds will be well-established and much harder (and more expensive) to control later.

🚨 Chinch Bugs Are Here – And They Mean Business!🚨
Be on the lookout‼️These tiny pests can cause serious lawn damage fast.

🌱 In Louisiana, southern chinch bugs can produce 3–4 generations a year. Eggs hatch in late winter, and depending on the temperatures, they can grow into adults in as little as 5 weeks. Adults are tiny—about ½ cm—with black bodies and white X-shaped wings.

🛑 Common Signs of Damage:
- Yellow or patchy grass
- Dead spots that don’t recover with water
- Irregular-shaped brown patches
- Dry, brittle grass

👀 Spot them early = save your lawn!
