Just a reminder for folks out there planning their next project, that there are only 7 months left before building codes are likely to change (Jan 2026). Drawings take time to get ready for submission to permitting, as we rely on Truss Calcs, Soils Reports, HVAC layouts, and engineering if necessary. Contact us today to bring your project to life.

Yavapai County and surrounding jurisdictions are in discussions to update the adopted codes to the 2024 Code cycle. More than likely this will take effect on January 1, 2026. Please let me know if you have a project you would like to get started under the 2018 code cycle.

I'm looking for someone with architectural drafting experience to help me get through an ever increasing work load. Looking for someone that is hard-working and dedicated and can help me get to the point that I can make this a full-time position. Must use Autocad versions.
