We got called out on this water leak, We were the Second AC Company out to look at this, 1st Company quoted $4200 to replace a Seccondary drain pan and add a Saftey switch, Not to Mention they said NOTHING to the Homeowner about the System being unlevel, In other words they were going to change the Pan and leave it. We came in, Changed out the drain pan, Leveled the system in the Attic (Which had been that way for 22 years, Hence the rotted secondary pan) for $700!! 4 of us in this company have been doing this for 30+ years and it's the worst pan any of us had seen, Homeowner was Very happy !
