We have a list of repairs to do, but this mobile home will be ready for rent January 1 2021. 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Storage building and rear deck. $700 per month. Tenant is responsible for heat and utilities. Mowing and snow removal. Arrangements can be made if the tenant has no means to take care of the driveway themselves. Culvert clean out and extention. This culvert was so backed up that there were toys ranging from cars, dolls, and baseball bats. Water is now able to run freely again
