We haven't posted any pics of our current home build recently, but it is moving along nicely! Our homeowner picked a beautiful royal blue for the exterior color. White trim and a black front door which is coming soon! The interior now has all of the insulation done which our homeowner calls "stuffing"! ;)

The metal roof on "Sarah's house" is completed! This was a tricky one with the decorative half porch gable design. Exterior paint coming this week as we transform the exterior of this home to a beautiful royal blue!

Our current tiny home, Sarah's house is taking shape nicely!
This is the first design we have done with a 1/2 front porch.
This home will have an adorable decorative gable roof.
We had the framing inspection last week, so the house is now wrapped and ready for siding!

So, we set aside our studio cottage for a short time to work on our contract build. We couldn't be more excited to be building this handcrafted, one-of-a-kind home that will be full time living for a sweet lady here in the PNW. This home is 8.5 x 24, with a half front porch, storage stairs and loft sleeping. The walls are going up, and we are eager to see this home come to life!

Well, the trailer has arrived for our new contract home. This week we will jump off the studio apt and start on this home that will be full time living for a seasoned tiny home dweller.

The Studio Cottage is coming along! This is the siding color not the color of the house. We are thinking earth tones. The selected roof color is medium gray, and we are leaning toward a perfect green and rich dark brown trim for exterior colors. We enjoy filling in our schedule with a spec home because we have a little more liberty with the design and features. We are getting this home to "dry in" and then we need to set it aside for a few months.
While we are eager to see the Studio Cottage completed, we recently contracted our next custom tiny home for the sweetest lady and her home takes priority! We are just awaiting her custom trailer to be completed then onto our next handcrafted, one-of-a-kind home!

🩵 Well, we started a new home, and this one is available to purchase!

We have been asked several times about a basic, entry level priced tiny home that was also designed for full time living.

Introducing the "Studio Cottage"!

After much problem solving by Brian, we believe we came up with a great floorplan.
This home will be a cabin style 10 x20 home with an open studio concept. There will be a sleeping nook in the open space, with a full kitchen and bathroom. This home is all electric and includes cadet heaters, and a washer/dryer hook up. A small loft for storage or extra sleeping. Of course, this home will be NOAH Certified.
We can't wait to see this home come alive! 🩵
