📣 Announcement 📣

14 years ago this month in Paul’s kitchen, PMH Properties was formed with very little money, tools or real knowledge of business. We jumped right into the foreclosure market that was about to take off. Over our years we have taken care of thousands of foreclosed properties in Massachusetts and NH. After some years we switched focus to more renovations, repairs, and complete rehabs. We have completed an array of projects like bathrooms, kitchens, decks (including a deck that was over 1500 sqft), additions, modifications, a whole coffee shop build out, landscape projects, flooring, tile work, and all kinds of repairs.
Over the time and all those projects we have grown and learned many valuable lessons, some being learned the very hard way.

We have been talking about the idea for some time now, and it is bittersweet to say but PMH Properties will be “taking a step back” starting December 1st. There are other ventures we would like to pursue at this time. We still have some projects on the books for later this year and the spring of next year that we will be finishing up, but we are no longer taking on any more new projects.

We want to THANK all of our customers and our friends who have supported us in this journey. Starting from nothing and coming as far as we have has been an amazing ride but its time to close this chapter and see what else we can accomplish.

We lost a one of a kind guy this week. A good friend of ours, the only call we would make when we had a customer in need of tree work.

A few years back I was having a problem with one of our trucks I was in a parking lot up in Athol and Karl happened to be driving by, he stopped to make sure I was good and asked if I needed any help. Karl always had a smile and a positive attitude.

He will be missed but the business he built will continue on

This commercial property had a pipe burst during one of the cold days we had this past winter.
Everything was gutted to the studs two bathrooms, a locker room and shower stall, a large office area
A new block wall “foundation” was installed
All new electrical and all new plumbing and heating installed
New insulation
Sheetrock
Paint
Drop Ceiling
Tile shower stall
Countertop area with cabinets
New epoxy flooring
Trimmed out and new doors two of which were custom build for the job in our workshop

About 17 years ago we helped with the build out of One Stop Mini Mart (Where Dominos now is) we helped move everything from 1104 Main Street to the new location.
Little did we know we would be back at 1104 Main Street 16 years later. Undertaking one of our biggest transformations to date!
