Looking to add to our team, servicing residential, commercial and town home type properties.

4 day work weeks. 40 hrs.
There would be overtime if desired.

Positions we are looking to fill are:
- Grounds lead/Foreman
- Lawn Technician

Grounds lead job description/requirements:
*able to lead a lawncare crew of 2-3 team members
*minimum of 1 year experience in a team lead/grounds foreman position
*high level of attention to detail
*positive attitude
*strong communication and leadership skills
*able to managing your properties and equipment from day to day.
-minimum of 2-3 years experience in lawn care and snow removal,
operating zero turns, line trimmers, plows etc.
• clean driving record
• DOT health card - paid for by company
- able to drive company trucks and trailers with equipment

Salary will be determined on experience.

Lawn care crew technician job description/requirements:

*high level of attention to detail
*work well with others
*good communication skills
*good attitude
*reliable
*1 year experience preferred but will train the right person
*must be able to perform basic grounds maintenance, mowing, line trimming, shrub trimming

Hourly pay will depend on experience. $18-20 per hr. Lots of room to advance.
