Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years’ experience operating Class A CDL related equipment
Class A CDL Driver’s License, Clean Driving Record & Current DOT Physical
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
Complete daily walk around inspections and submit daily.
Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned and secured according to regulations.
Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles promptly.
Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required.
Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions; note any discrepancies and notify supervisor.
Comply with all road signs and operate vehicles within their limits and weather environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
