Been doing this a long time and have never seen the entire bottom of a ac gone to the point the compressor was just sitting on the ground. But we got it replaced with a shiny new one!

Re-located bathfan and upgraded to a new 130cfm fan to stop moisture and mold, in the not so smart skylight windows in the bathrooms from the early 2000’s homes. And patch in the old fan so customer just needs to paint.
