Last week, a customer called Thunder Drains with a special request — they asked if we had a female drain technician available.

While we don’t currently have a female drain technician on our team, we still wanted to make sure we could offer our customer an option that made them feel comfortable. So, Desi — our Office Administrator & Dispatcher — stepped up and volunteered to ride along to the job. 💙

Desi may spend most of her days behind the desk answering calls, coordinating the team, and taking care of our customers, but she’s always willing to go the extra mile when someone needs her.

And honestly, that’s Desi. She cares about our customers, she cares about our team, and she’s never afraid to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. 🥰

We’re so thankful to have people like Desi on our team who understand that great customer service isn’t just about what you do — it’s about making people feel heard, comfortable, and taken care of.

Sometimes going above and beyond means putting on your boots and hopping in the van!!
