There’s nothing quite like seeing the world from above!

One of our own employees, Dale, who is an EAA volunteer pilot, helped organize a Young Eagles event for Elmore Electric families. The kids enjoyed free airplane rides and got a hands-on introduction to aviation.

A huge thank-you to the EAA team and to all of the pilots who volunteered their time and planes to make this unforgettable experience possible for our team’s children and grandchildren. ✈️💙

📅 Don’t forget! This Saturday night: set your clocks back 1 hour. ⏰
While you’re at it, take 5 minutes for peace of mind:
✅ Test all smoke alarms & carbon monoxide detectors in your home.
✅ If the alarm chirps, or if it hasn’t been checked in a while — change the battery (or replace the unit if it’s over 10 years old).
✅ Make sure there’s an alarm in/near each sleeping area, outside every bedroom, and on each level of the home.
✅ Clean out dust around the vents, check for damage, and note the install date.
A few minutes now can save lives later. 🔥 Stay safe, friends!

Harvest season is here, and we want to take a minute to thank the men and women who put in the long days (and nights!) to keep our community going. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful to be a part of keeping your operations running.

This time of year brings more farm equipment on the road which is a good reminder for all of us to give them space and get everyone home safe.
