Reducing Downtime During Construction

Downtime can be one of the most expensive parts of a construction project.
Not the steel. Not the labor. The productivity lost when your operation slows or stops.
For ag facilities, missed loads, delayed processing, and new bottlenecks can carry real costs. Some disruption may be unavoidable, but a construction plan should account for how your facility needs to keep operating. What Did This Season Reveal About Your Operation?

We recently brought the Greenfield Contractors team and our families together in Princeville, Illinois, to celebrate 15 years in business.
