Most of the homes we build are already spoken for. This one could be yours.

Meet Waluga Park Lot 9, our new home currently under construction in Lake Oswego, Oregon—and expected to hit the market in just a few weeks.

With interiors by House West Design, the plans bring together warm wood cabinetry, a fluted kitchen island, a stone fireplace and an arched beverage bar. Plenty to appreciate. Especially if you’re the person who always ends up hosting.

A custom home should fit the way you actually live — not ask you to fit the house.

Sometimes that means making room for an airplane. Sometimes it’s a hidden pantry, a wall built for the cats, or a kitchen designed around exactly how you use it.

The siding detail you’ll want to save.

On this Prineville, Oregon custom home, the exterior is being built with 16-inch horizontal Hardie panels, Tamlyn reveals, and horizontal siding to create clean lines and subtle shifts in texture across the home.

The finished look starts with the work happening now. Panel layout, reveal spacing, and alignment all have to be dialed in so the exterior feels clean, balanced, and intentional.

The payoff is a finished exterior where every line feels like it was supposed to be there.

Progress at our NW Portland, Oregon custom home is moving quickly as the materials are beginning to come together.

Drywall is being finished inside while work continues on the siding, window sills, and metal doors. Electricians, plumbers, countertop installers, siders, and cleaners are all moving through the home as it enters its next stage.

The warm wood ceilings and exterior soffits add natural contrast, while the siding continues to define the home’s architecture from the outside.

There is still work ahead, but this is the stage when a set of plans really begins to feel like a home.

Tongue-and-groove siding is bringing the Dujowich exterior together.

The exposed custom trusses may command attention, but the same level of precision carries through every part of this home. The stained vertical wood siding extends the warmth of the timber across the exterior, while the dark siding and stone add contrast and weight.

Every board has to align around windows, corners, transitions, and rooflines. It’s detailed work, but this is where the individual materials begin to read as one complete exterior.
