We gave this old worn out driveway a face lift!

Our customer reached out wanting a quote on a new apron as the old one had settled quite a bit! After an in person consultation, we were able to come to the conclusion that a brand new driveway was the way to go!

The sub base under the existing asphalt driveway was in horrible shape. We brought in loads of gravel to make sure this new driveway wasn’t going anywhere!

Check out this cool time-lapse of a barnwood plank stamped patio we did!

We used a 12 inch plank, and then wrapped the patio in a 15 inch plank and stained the border to finish this one off! Not only that, but we formed up the patio with a wood grain overhang and cantilevered look!!

Back at one of our awesome repeat customers! We have done a lot of work at this horse farm over the last few years!

They had us back this year to remove an old wash pad. We replaced it with much bigger pad to allow for another wash station for their 🐎!

We also installed a culvert and make a new field approach to access one of their fields from the gravel road.

We have said it before and will continue saying it, we really appreciate our repeat customers! Last summer we poured a patio for this customer in Lakeville. This spring he was ready for a new garage floor. We took advantage of the rain 🌧️ early last week to get this floor tore out and setup. The floor turned out great, and our customer is excited for a fresh new garage floor! 👏🏻

When it comes to hydro seeding, we often get asked why? Why hydro seeding instead of laying sod, or simply just throwing seed on the ground?

Hydro seeding has many benefits in comparison to laying sod. The two biggest being it’s more cost effective and it has stronger rooting in 3-4 weeks, and germination in less than 10 days!

A few other great benefits of hydro seeding vs laying sod:
- We use a seed blend tailored for your yard, where sod is transplanted from a sod farm in perfect growing conditions
- Uniform seed coverage on slopes and tight corners where sod fails
- Fiber mulch and tackifier create erosion control and moisture retention
