Our design-build team is excited to present another completed custom Villa home! This modern coastal GEM was so fun to build! Just shy of 2,000 square feet, this home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open concept floor plan, 4 season porch, and a rear covered deck. This is single level living at its finest!
