Three Brothers Day 2026 🍳🔐🥩
Another Three Brothers Day is in the books, and I’d call it a success.
We started the morning with some Chick-fil-A breakfast, and a really productive meeting. We got our summer schedule organized, vacations planned, talked through some new products we’re testing, and made sure everyone knows what lies ahead over the next few months.
After that, we headed to an escape room Expedition Escape in King of Prussia. It was way more challenging than I expected, but somehow we managed to put our heads together, communicate, and solve it with a little time to spare. It was actually pretty cool seeing everyone contribute in different ways and watching us come together as a team outside of a jobsite.
Then we wrapped up the day at Fogo de Chão and absolutely overdid it. I’m pretty sure I won’t need to eat again until Monday.
More than anything, I’m grateful for this crew. Three Brothers Tile wouldn’t be what it is without these guys showing up every day, working hard, learning, improving, and caring about what we do. I hope they enjoyed the day as much as we enjoyed putting it together We still never figured out what Lid had in that bag ??
Three Brothers Day was created in memory of my brother, Dominic, and today we also remembered our friend and teammate Matt. Nine years later, it’s become a reminder that life is short, good people matter, and taking time to appreciate those around us is always worth it.
Here’s to another busy summer, helping the next generation learn the trade, continuing to grow, and holding each other accountable to do our best work.
