Also, I worked on my Garage Door motor today. The remote clicker is not working at all and before that it started only working close up.

I replaced the battery on the clicker and then I replaced the actual clicker as well and did not change the situation.

Some googling led me to the circuit board being the problem and I can send mine in to be repaired or I can order an already repaired one. Since I wanna keep using my garage with the button on the wall, I opted to order the refurbished one and I’ll install it when it arrives and be back in business hopefully

I was at this client’s house doing some other work, but I got to see the fireplace planter that I put together a few weeks ago. It is filling out quite nicely!

A huge part of the success is a client that follows my directions for watering care. She has done a great job, at making sure it’s successful!

This is my second year returning here. About 75% of what we did last year survived the winter and rabbits.

So we replaced what didn’t make it, added some new stuff, redid all the planters with annuals, and added 30 bags of mulch

Six hours of labor

I’ve got a couple more all day landscaping jobs like this and then I’m going to hang it up until fall. During the hottest part of summer, I like to focus on mowing yards, small landscaping tasks, pet sitting and handyman work. I’m too old and too fat to be doing all day landscaping in the dead of summer ;)

I didn’t have my work truck Thursday and Friday because it needed to go in for brakes and suspension, etc…my original plan was to do it all myself, and I had even purchased all the parts needed, but I can never find the time so I’m just biting the bullet and paying someone to do it for me.

I was still able to get a few things done in my backup vehicle though. Install a flag pole and flag. I built an outdoor chest. I also replaced a dog door flap that was warped and letting in hot air and flies, and also replaced some lightbulbs with higher lumens for a client.
