Franklin Woodworks – Full-Time Position Available
Franklin Woodworks is looking to hire a full-time employee to join our team. Experience in woodworking or construction is helpful, but not required. If you are motivated and willing to learn, we are happy to train the right person.
This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn skilled trade work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to being productive and professional on the job.
Position Details:
• Full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Work includes building and finishing custom cabinets, furniture, doors, and trim
• Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs
• Ability to read a tape measure is preferred, but training can be provided
• Must be focused and safety-conscious while working with tools and equipment
• Professional behavior is required, especially when working in clients’ homes
Our work is detailed and requires patience, skill, and pride in craftsmanship. We are looking for someone who wants to learn a trade and be part of producing high-quality work.
Starting pay will depend on experience.
