Hiring in construction is wild.

Guy shows up 40 minutes late, wants $45/hr, claims he’s a master roofer, and needs gas money.

By lunch, he’s the foreman.

By Friday, he’s starting his own roofing company with our tape measure. 💀🤣

Breast cancer has deeply affected so many families, friends, coworkers, and communities—including people we love.

This month, we’re wearing pink high-vis in honor of the survivors whose strength continues to inspire us, the fighters who are facing each day with courage, and the families walking beside them.

We also hold close the memories of those we have lost. Their lives, love, and impact will never be forgotten.

To every survivor: we see your strength.
To everyone still fighting: we are rooting for you.
To every family carrying loss: you are in our hearts.

Let’s keep raising awareness, encouraging early detection, and showing up for one another with compassion and hope.

For the fighters. For the survivors. For the ones we carry with us always.

🍔🏗️ YOU’VE PROBABLY HEARD BURGERVILLE IS COMING TO THE TRI-CITIES… BUT DID YOU KNOW WHO’S PUTTING THE ROOF OVER IT? 👀🍔

That’s right! Arrow Roofing and Construction LLC is proud to have a hand in bringing the new Burgerville location to life!

Our crew has been hard at work transforming this building, combining commercial roofing systems with custom architectural metalwork to give it a completely new look!

Here’s a little of what we’ve been up to:
🔨 Complete roof installation on the new addition
🏢 Full reroof of the existing building with Duro-Last PVC roofing
🔩 Custom metal coping
⚒️ AEP SPAN Box Rib architectural metal siding
🏠 AEP SPAN Design Span HP standing seam metal roofing

There’s something special about working on projects that bring new businesses, opportunities, and excitement to our community. Even better is knowing that years down the road, we’ll be able to drive past this building and proudly say, “Our crew helped build that!”

A huge shoutout to our hardworking team for the craftsmanship, dedication, and long hours that go into making projects like this happen. And a big thank-you to everyone involved for trusting us to be part of it!

We can’t wait for Burgerville to open its doors to the Tri-Cities! And yes, we’re definitely looking forward to grabbing a burger! 🍔🙌

Why choose between shingles and metal when you can make BOTH look this good? 👀🔥

This hip-roof home got a serious upgrade with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray, paired with a custom Miramac Metals Snap-Lock Standing Seam roof in Light Gray.

And we didn’t stop at looks. We added a hybrid solar attic fan to help keep the attic properly ventilated year-round.

Shingles. Custom metal. Better ventilation. One seriously clean finished product. 👌

Spent a few days at the Western States Roofing Expo in Las Vegas! 🏠🎰

Checking out the newest roofing products, equipment, technology, and trends hitting the industry — and maybe a little bit of “Vegas” too.

No matter how long you’ve been in the trades, there’s always more to learn. We’re always looking for ways to improve our craft, stay ahead of the curve, and bring better solutions back to our customers.

Now THAT is a how you replace the roof on an old shed!

This shop went from an old, deteriorating Interlock roof to a completely new look with AEP SPAN Reverse Box Rib in Forest Green.

The Forest Green paired with the bold Reverse Box Rib profile gives this shop a clean, timeless look while providing the durability and longevity you expect from a premium metal roofing system.

Arrow Roofing is proud to be one of the few certified AEP SPAN metal roofing installers approved in Eastern Washington. Whether it’s a home, shop, commercial building, or something completely custom, we can help you choose the right profile, color, and details to create a roof that truly stands apart.

We don’t just want to install your roof — we want to provide an amazing customer experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

Stunning! On this project we've completed the renovation of this roof, we removed the old existing roof, added vents, ensuring proper ventilation and a low slope standing seam metal with HT ice and water shield for a weatherproof finish for lasting protection.
