We have a new face around here. Introducing Jaylen Delaney-our newest hire. He was raised in Coldwater, so he may be a familiar face to many.

His favorite thing so far about working to Welsh Construction is learning new skills that will benefit him for years to come!

His least favorite thing is that in his first week he was brought onto the team to replace the drywall jack....believe it or not, he even needed a ladder at times.
