That time when you hired a "reputable contractor" to do your fix and flip remodel and they used self stick vinyl tiles for a backsplash and didn't even patch up the holes they cut in the drywall!

July of 2022, I was hired to perform some ceiling surgery on a 100 year old Victorian and install a barrel vaulted ceiling in place of the flat ceiling. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it wasn't completed till now.

So, yah... I'm happy!
