August is Summer Sun Safety Month, and at Trinity, our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members and clients. Working outdoors can be challenging during hot summer days - take advantage of these tips to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy:

1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water, on and off the job site, to ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day.

2. Wear Protective Clothing: Dress in light, breathable fabrics that cover your skin to shield against the sun's rays.

3. Wear Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen throughout the day with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

4. Take Short Breaks in the Shade: Find shade during breaks to give your body a chance to cool down.

5. Watch Out for Signs of Heat-Related Illness: Be vigilant and look out for symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and headaches. If you or a colleague feel unwell, seek immediate assistance.
