Framing is officially underway at our renovation/addition in Giles County. We anticipate a 2-3 week framing timeline till completion.

Another Flashback Friday

These are some before and after photos of a full townhouse renovation we completed in Fairview in 2024. The home hadn't been lived in for a few months and needed to be stripped down to drywall and updated. The tubs and showers were especially, noticeably aged. We did not have to replace them, however, as our fiberglass company was able to restore them. Goes to show you that not everything has to be completely gutted to be restored correctly.

We are blessed with another opportunity to build our clients their dream custom home. When all is said and done, this basement home will have you thinking back about the good ol days talking with Momma on her front porch watching the sun set.

Flashback Friday

This was the exterior wall of an existing home we renovated in Lawrence County in 2025. The home was built in the early 1900s. This is an excellent example of some of the challenges of renovating homes, especially older homes. The wall insulation was gone and the older timber was inconsistent leading to siding installation issues, plus there was multiple locations with rotted wood needing replaced and studs missing sections which were being held up by the old plaster and slats only. Fortunately we budgeted for unforeseen issues which helped alleviate the cost of an entire exterior wall tear down, all new insulation around the exterior of the home, and installation of osb and housewrap for cleanliness and protection as well as interior frame support.

This is a stunning timber barn we built in Maury County in 2024. We worked closely with the owners to create each meticulous detail you see in the photo. It was an absolute pleasure and a blessing to get to know the owners throughout this process and help turn their dream barn into a reality.

Frame Complete ✔️

This beautiful house sitting in Giles County is now complete through the "rough in" stage. Rough ins are the installation of any items inside the walls including plumbing, hvac, electrical, low volt, etc. These are items that can be difficult to install after drywall is hung.

The next step in the process will be inspections. Once we have passed all required inspections, we can hang drywall.
