🚿✨ Just wrapped up this amazing bathroom remodel! This basement bathroom was long overdue for an update, and we gave it the complete transformation it needed and deserved.

Parr Projects fully designed and executed this project and took this space to the next level with stylish upgrades that maximize both function and beauty.

New RTA Cabinets – We installed gorgeous RTA kitchen cabinets, topped with epoxy-coated butcher block countertops for a sleek, durable finish. The large cabinet handles add a bold statement.

Walk-In Pantry – To maximize storage, we built a spacious walk-in pantry with floating shelves, perfect for organizing dry goods and kitchen essentials.

Large Format Tile Backsplash – Above the countertops, we installed large format tiles that not only look stunning but also make cleaning a breeze.

Seated Electrical Island – We replaced the small dining room with a seated island featuring electrical outlets at multiple locations, providing ample space for meals and work with a modern touch.

Coffee Bar & Drink Station – Next to the pantry, we created a dedicated coffee bar and drink station for ultimate convenience and a touch of luxury.

New Tile Shower – We removed the old shower and installed a luxurious custom tile shower, complete with a linear drain for a clean, contemporary look. The barn door-style glass doors add an elegant feel.

Freestanding Tub – Out with the old jetted tub and in with a beautiful freestanding tub that’s perfect for relaxation. We also added new accent tiles around it to elevate the space.

Heated Tile Floors – No more cold mornings! The heated floors add both comfort and luxury to the bathroom.
