2021 Mowing Prices:

$20 for up to 1/8 acre (roughly 5,000 square feet)
$25 for 1/8 to 1/4 acre (roughly 5,001 to 10,000 square feet)
$30 for 1/4 to 1/2 acre (roughly 10,001 - 20,000 square feet)
$35 for 1/2 to 3/4 acre (roughly 20,001 - 30,000 square feet)
$42 for 3/4 to 1 acre (roughly 30,001 - 40,000 square feet)

+++BUSH & SHRUB TRIMMING PRICES+++
Bush & shrub trimming can be billed 2 ways:

=========PAY BY THE BUSH/SHRUB==========
**I charge this way if you are NOT having other work done.

Shrubs under 3 feet tall are $3 each.
3 to 4 1/2 feet tall are $4 each.
4 1/2 to 6 feet tall are $6 each.
6 to 8 feet tall are $8 each.
over 8@* feet tall starts at $14 each and goes up at the rate of $1.75 a foot of approximate additional height.

Price for hedges is 1 bush for each 5 feet of hedge length.

* 8 feet being the height a 6 foot tall person can trim by holding the trimmer over their head.

@ If a bush has a rounded or uncut top I can go somewhat higher than 8 feet before having to use a ladder. When I have to use a ladder it takes twice as long to trim a bush.

===============PAY BY THE HOUR:===============
**I charge this way if you are having other work done, like mulch spreading or weeding.

SMALL JOBS less than 15 to 20 bushes: $15 per hour for 1 person, plus $20 trip charge.

MEDIUM TO LARGE JOBS OVER 20 BUSHES: $27 PER HOUR for 2 people working at the same time.

In the unlikely event "pay by the bush/shrub" ends up with a finished price that is way higher than my hourly rate I will charge you the hourly rate instead.

2017 mowing prices:
$35 for first hour (1/2 to 3/4 acre)
$5 for each 20 minutes (1/4 acre) thereafter
NOTE: Very tall grass over 8" tall will cost more due to taking longer to mow.

DO YOU NEED YARD WORK DONE?

I can:
* Cut back (prune) flowers after they're done blooming
* Edge your sidewalks
* Mow your grass (lawns up to 1 1/2 acres). Grass can be bagged, mulched, or side discharged.
* Mulch, bag, or rake leaves
* Plant flowers, garden plants, and small bushes.
* Pull and/or hoe weeds from flower and other beds, or gardens (weeding).
* Spread mulch
* Trim weeds and grasses around trees, flower beds, etc.
* Trim (prune) bushes, shrubs, and low hanging tree limbs

Mowing includes trimming grass and weeds around buildings, trees, bushes, and flower beds every time; edging sidewalks and driveways every other time; and blowing grass clippings off sidewalks, driveways, flower beds, et cetera.

NOTE: Bagged grass clippings, all bush/flower/tree trimmings, and weeds must either be dumped on your property, dumped on a vacant lot nearby where you have permission to dump yard waste, or put in lawn and leaf bags and disposed of in your trash. !!!MANY TRASH COLLECTION COMPANIES DO NOT ACCEPT YARD WASTE!!!
