Avalanche Air Conditioning is a local, family-owned HVAC company proudly serving Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas. We’re growing and looking for a reliable, skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and with a small, close-knit crew
Attention to detail and commitment to quality installations
What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $22–$30/hour depending on experience
Paid holidays after 90 days

Responsibilities:
Install and replace residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Follow job plans, safety procedures, and company standards
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
